  Waiting for live coral delivery all day. Card put through the door to collect next day even though someone has been at home all day. Only open for collection in the mornings and closed for the afternoons??? No point collecting dead coral. Will pay for courier service in future.

  Was very busy and a postmen walks in pushing past people and literally slams the door as hard as he could in customers faces. Absolutely disgusting will never use this office again.
